• Be at the Youth Club for 0900;
• We will be back at the Youth Club for 1500
• Bring your lunch /bottle with plenty to drink;
• Please wear long sleeve tops and trousers (if these are a bright colour you might be an easy target);
  • If the weather is too hot you may not be given overalls by the centre;
• You may need to bring some sun cream
